Our home provides residential, nursing, and dementia care across four dedicated units, delivering compassionate, person-centred support tailored to each resident’s individual needs. Eastside Gardens has been thoughtfully designed to create a warm, welcoming, and safe environment where residents can feel comfortable, valued, and at home.

The home is fully wheelchair accessible throughout, with lift access to all floors and specialist facilities designed to support comfort, independence, and wellbeing. All bedrooms are spacious and include en-suite facilities, TV points, Wi-Fi access, and specialist equipment where required. Residents are encouraged to personalise their rooms with photographs, ornaments, and treasured belongings to help create a familiar and homely environment.

At Eastside Gardens, we are dedicated to promoting dignity, independence, and quality of life through personalised care and meaningful relationships. Our experienced and skilled team work closely with residents and families to ensure care plans are tailored to individual preferences, routines, and changing needs.
